Description:
This recall involves Mom Genius retractable safety mesh gates.They were sold in the following colors: black and gray.The gates have an iron frame, and they measure about 33 inches high with a retractable width up to 120 inches.“Retractable Safety Gate”,model number“SH20.006B2”and batch number" " are printed on a white label on the side of the gate.
Remedy:
Consumers should stop using the recalled gates immediately and contact Mom Genius for instructions to receive a full refund. Consumers will be asked to disassemble the gates and destroy them by cutting the mesh and send a photo of the destroyed gates to product-recall@momgenius.com Once the photo is received, Mom Genius will issue a full refund. Mom Genius, Amazon, Walmart, Purchasing Power and Per Pay are contacting all known purchasers directly.

Refunds will be issued via your original Amazon, Walmart, Purchasing Power and Per Pay order after we have reviewed and approved your submission.
To qualify for a refund, you must provide:
A screenshot of your Amazon, Walmart, Purchasing Power and Per Pay order confirmation, and A photo showing that the gate has been destroyed (e.g., cut or punctured).
Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days after your claim is approved.
If you are unable to receive a refund through your original Amazon, Walmart, Purchasing Power and Per Pay order please contact us at product-recall@momgenius.com to request an alternative refund method.
